Overview

My Body Beat ("we", "us") helps you track your GLP-1 weight loss journey. We take your privacy seriously, especially because health data is sensitive. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have.

What we collect

• Account information: email, name, language.
• Health log entries you choose to record: weight, body composition, doses, photos, notes.
• Usage data: pages visited, errors, device type — used to improve the product.

How we use it

We use your data to render your dashboards, generate AI insights you request, send the notifications you opt into, and run the service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.

AI features

When you request an AI insight, we send the relevant subset of your data to a model provider under a data-processing agreement. Providers are contractually prohibited from training on your data.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes your photos, logs and AI history within 30 days.
